
Ingredients
For the Steak
300 g (10 oz) sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
For the Pizza
1 large pizza dough
¾ cup pizza sauce
1½ cups (150 g) shredded mozzarella
½ cup (60 g) provolone or cheddar
¼ cup sliced red onion
¼ cup sliced bell peppers
Optional: sliced jalapeños
For the Drizzle
¼ cup warm cheese sauce or garlic sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Roll out pizza dough onto a baking tray or pizza stone.
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear quickly in hot olive oil 1–2 minutes until just browned (it will finish cooking in the oven).
Spread pizza sauce over dough. Top with mozzarella, provolone, steak slices, onions, and peppers.
Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Drizzle generously with warm cheese or garlic sauce before slicing.
