Ingredients
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables:
Wash and chop all the vegetables as directed. Place the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red and yellow bell peppers, and red onion into a large mixing bowl.

Add Fresh Herbs:
