Ingredients:
12 oz cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
1 ¼ lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size pieces
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
5 cloves garlic, minced (or roasted for extra depth)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Ravioli:
Boil ravioli until tender. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak:
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
Add the Cheese:
Whisk in parmesan until smooth and velvety.
Combine Everything:
Toss ravioli and steak bites in the creamy garlic sauce until coated.
Finish & Serve:
Top with parsley and an extra sprinkle of parmesan. Serve hot and enjoy!
