
Ingredientes:
- 1 medium pumpkin (strawberry type)
- 500g de camarão médio limpo
- 2 tablespoons of butter.
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup of cream milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cabbage (soup) of minced sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Modo de preparo:
- Preheats the oven to 200°C.
- Cut the pumpkin in half, remove seeds and peel for 30 min until soft.
- saute garlic in butter, combine shrimp, season with salt, pepper and lime. Bake 3-4 min.
- Mix the cream, cheese and shrimp salsa and bake for 2 more min.
- Removes the pumpkin pulp, leaving a 1 inch rim. Mix the pulp with the sauce
- Stuff the squash rind with the shrimp sauce, top with extra cheese and bake for 15-20 min until crispy.
- Sirva imediatamente, finalizando com salsa fresca.
