French Dip Sliders are irresistibly juicy, cheesy, and packed with rich beef flavor. Made with tender sliced roast beef, gooey melted cheese, and soft buttery rolls, these mini sandwiches are baked to golden perfection and served with a warm, savory au jus for dipping. Perfect for parties, game nights, or an easy family dinner, these sliders truly melt in your mouth with every bite!
Ingredients:
12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work great)
1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
12 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
1 small onion, thinly sliced (optional)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Au Jus (Dipping Sauce):
1 ½ cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Prepare the rolls:
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them individually. Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
Layer the ingredients:
Evenly spread the roast beef over the bottom layer of rolls. Add sliced onions if using. Place the cheese slices evenly over the beef.
Add the tops:
Place the top half of the rolls back on.
Make the butter mixture:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Bake:
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5–10 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
Prepare the au jus:
While sliders are baking, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Serve:
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with the au jus on the side for dipping.
Tip: For extra flavor, toast the inside of the rolls lightly before assembling, or add a layer of horseradish sauce for a classic French dip kick!
