Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta w/ Cheesy Texas Toast


Creamy Alfredo Fettuccine:
Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and add heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
  3. Stir in parmesan, Chef Bae seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. Add pasta and splash of pasta water until sauce becomes extra creamy and glossy.
  5. Garnish with parsley.

Saucy Grilled Chicken
Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, Chef Bae seasoning, paprika and garlic powder.
  2. Grill or pan-sear until golden and cooked through. Rest then slice.
  3. In same pan melt butter and sauté garlic.
  4. Add chicken broth and cream. Simmer until thick and saucy.
  5. Return sliced chicken to pan and coat in sauce.

Cheesy Texas Toast
Ingredients

  • 2 slices thick Texas toast
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella + parmesan blend
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Spread butter and garlic powder on bread.
  2. Top with cheese and bake at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. Broil 1–2 minutes for bubbly cheesy top. Sprinkle parsley.
