Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs


Ingredients:

1 can (16.3 oz) large refrigerated biscuits (like Grands)

4 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into 8 cubes)

32 slices pepperoni

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet or cake pan.

Flatten out each biscuit with your hand.

Place a cheese cube and about 4 slices of pepperoni in the center of each biscuit.

Pull the edges of the dough up and pinch them tightly together to seal it into a ball.

Place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan, then brush it over the tops.

Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with marinara for dipping!
