This Snack Started a Keto Fight” Pickle & Tomato Crunch Box


Ingredients

1 cup chopped dill pickles

1 cup chopped tomatoes (yes, tomatoes — cue outrage)

¼ cup sliced red onion

2 tbsp pickle juice (the secret weapon)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt & black pepper

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes

Chaos Add-Ons (for maximum sharing)

¼ cup feta cheese

1 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning

½ avocado (people will approve again)

Instructions (the part that makes it “a recipe”)

Chop pickles, tomatoes, and onion into bite-size pieces.

Add everything into a container or bowl.

Pour in pickle juice, olive oil, and vinegar.

Season heavily with black pepper and a pinch of salt.

Shake or toss until everything is glossy and aggressively addictive.
