Ingredients
2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 cup chicken broth (divided)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
2 tablespoons melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
2️⃣ Season the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper. Place them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
