Protein Balls Recipe

Protein Balls – The No-Bake Treat Everyone Begs Me For!
I literally had to beg for this recipe… and now I’m the one everyone begs for it from!
Don’t tell anyone (especially my mom)… but these Protein Balls might just be better than hers.

Ingredients:
1 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup)
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional but recommended)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add oats, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, flaxseed, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix everything together until fully combined.

The mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls using your hands.

Place the balls on a tray lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to firm up.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week (if they last that long ).

Professional Serving Tips:
Serve in a white ceramic bowl for contrast.
Drizzle a little melted dark chocolate on top before serving.
Sprinkle extra oats or flaky sea salt for a gourmet touch.
Insert mini toothpicks for party platters.
For meal prep, place 2–3 balls in small glass jars.
