Strawberry Jello Pie, Picnic Perfect

The first bite is like a creamy burst of sunshine. 🌞 You might just make two!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice-cold water
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 small envelope (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O
  • About 2 cups Cool Whip (16 oz)
  • 1 ready-made 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (if you feel fancy)

Instructions:

  1. Boil that 2/3 cup of water while you gather up everything else.
  2. Pour your boiling water into a bowl, and stir in the Jell-O until it’s all dissolved—give it a good 2 minutes.
  3. Add the ice-cold water to cool it down and stir until it starts to thicken a bit.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until it’s all smooth and lovely.
  5. Pop the filling in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let it firm up a little.
  6. Once chilled, spread it into your graham crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours—or just leave it overnight.
  8. Right before you serve, adorn with fresh strawberries if you’d like. Enjoy your creation chilled!
