- 1 cup ice-cold water
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 small envelope (3 oz) strawberry Jell-O
- About 2 cups Cool Whip (16 oz)
- 1 ready-made 9-inch graham cracker crust
- Fresh strawberries for garnish (if you feel fancy)
Instructions:
- Boil that 2/3 cup of water while you gather up everything else.
- Pour your boiling water into a bowl, and stir in the Jell-O until it’s all dissolved—give it a good 2 minutes.
- Add the ice-cold water to cool it down and stir until it starts to thicken a bit.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until it’s all smooth and lovely.
- Pop the filling in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let it firm up a little.
- Once chilled, spread it into your graham crust and smooth the top.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours—or just leave it overnight.
- Right before you serve, adorn with fresh strawberries if you’d like. Enjoy your creation chilled!
