Ingredients
For the Cream Layer:
2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Layers:
300–350 g tea biscuits (Maria or digestive biscuits)
1 cup milk (for dipping biscuits)
For Topping:
½ cup crushed biscuits
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Cream
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
2️⃣ Assemble the Layers
Lightly dip each biscuit into milk (do not soak too long).
Arrange a layer of dipped biscuits at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
Spread a generous layer of cream mixture over the biscuits.
Repeat the layers (biscuits → cream) until you finish with a cream layer on top.
3️⃣ Finish & Chill
Sprinkle crushed biscuits evenly on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight for best texture).
The biscuits will soften beautifully and absorb the creamy flavors.
