Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
Vegetable oil for frying
For the Honey Garlic Sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, minced

For the Garlic Butter Noodles
250g (9 oz) spaghetti or linguine
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
Salt to taste

Instructions
Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Drain and toss with butter, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat again with cornstarch.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot to 175°C (350°F). Fry chicken in batches until golden and crispy (about 5–6 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
For the sauce, combine soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil in a pan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook for 1–2 more minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Toss the fried chicken bites in the sticky sauce until fully coated.
Serve alongside the garlic butter noodles, garnished with chopped chives or parsley.
Tips & Variations
Make it spicy: add sriracha or chili flakes to the sauce
Air-fry or bake the chicken for a lighter version
