Ingredients
1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
1 (3.4 oz / 96 g) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Method of Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until thick and smooth.

Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.

Fold in the sliced strawberries, reserving a few slices for topping if desired.

Spoon the mixture evenly into the graham cracker pie crust and smooth the top.
