Garlic Butter Brazilian Steak

Hello dear friends! Today we’re making a delicious, quick, and flavor-packed dish: Garlic Butter Brazilian Steak. This recipe is perfect for a cozy dinner or a special meal without much effort. Juicy steak strips are seared to perfection and tossed in rich, fragrant garlic butter—simple ingredients, BIG flavor!

Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak (or another tender cut like flank steak), sliced into thin strips against the grain
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced (add more if you love garlic!)
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for freshness)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Prepare the Steak
Pat the steak strips dry with paper towels—this helps achieve a good sear. Season generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.

Sear the Steak
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, add the steak strips in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.

Sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until fragrant and lightly golden. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Combine Everything
Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss well to coat it in the garlic butter. Add the chopped parsley if using and stir gently.

Serve and Enjoy
Serve immediately while hot. This dish pairs beautifully with rice, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Tip: For extra Brazilian-style flavor, finish with a squeeze of lemon or serve with farofa on the side!
