Oven BBQ Glazed Sausages SMASH OR PASS!!

Ingredients:

1 lb sausages (pork, beef, or turkey)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (any flavor you like)

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat the oven:

Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.

Bake the sausages:

Place sausages on the tray and bake for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through.

Make the glaze:

In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Glaze and bake again:

Remove sausages from the oven, brush them generously with the BBQ glaze, and return to bake for another 15–20 minutes, brushing once more halfway through, until sticky and caramelized.

Finish and serve:

Garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or rice.
