Everything Bagel Bits are crunchy, savory bites packed with all the bold flavors you love from an everything bagel—garlic, onion, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. They’re perfect as a snack, a salad topper, or a flavorful crunch over soups, dips, and roasted vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 cup day-old bread or bagels, cut into small cubes (or crackers)
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
1½ tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Optional: 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: a pinch of salt (if needed)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the bread cubes in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter. Toss well to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning (and Parmesan, if using) over the bread cubes and toss again.
Spread the seasoned cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely—they will crisp up even more as they cool.
