Keto Bacon-Wrapped Cheese Sticks

Ingredients

8 slices thick-cut bacon

8 sticks mozzarella cheese (string cheese works great)

2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

½ tsp garlic powder½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: sugar-free BBQ sauce or ranch for dipping

Instructions

1. PreheatPreheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a wire rack on top of a baking tray for crispier results.

2. Prep the Cheese Filling (optional)If you want extra creamy centers:Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.Lightly coat each mozzarella stick with this mixture before wrapping in bacon.

3. Wrap the CheeseWrap each mozzarella stick with one slice of bacon, overlapping slightly to cover the cheese completely.

Secure the ends with toothpicks if needed.

4. Bake or Air FryOven method:Place on the prepared baking sheet.Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until bacon is crispy.

Air fryer method:Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crisp.

5. ServeRemove toothpicks and let them cool slightly (the cheese will be molten hot).

Serve with sugar-free BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, or garlic mayo for dipping.
