This Strawberry & Pineapple Layered Dessert is a refreshing, no-bake treat that’s perfect for warm days or when you need a quick and impressive dessert. With sweet strawberries, juicy pineapple, and a smooth creamy layer in between, every spoonful is light, fruity, and irresistibly delicious. Best of all, it comes together in minutes—no oven required!
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, well drained)
1 cup heavy whipping cream (or whipped topping)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crushed biscuits or graham crackers (optional, for the base or topping)
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
If using biscuits, add a layer of crushed biscuits at the bottom of serving cups or a dessert dish.
Add a layer of chopped strawberries, followed by a layer of the cream mixture.
Add a layer of pineapple chunks, then another layer of cream.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with fruit on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
