Slow Cooker Pineapple Soy Pork Chops


Tender pork chops slow-cooked with juicy pineapple and savory soy sauce create the perfect balance of sweet and salty in every bite. Ingredients:
4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
1 can pineapple slices (with juice)
½ cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
1 tbsp ginger (optional)
1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
Place the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Arrange the pineapple slices over the pork chops and pour in the pineapple juice.

Add soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar (if using), ginger, and black pepper.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork is tender and fully cooked.

Spoon the sauce over the pork before serving.
