Strawberry slush with a chocolate drip, creamy swirl, and whipped cream topper (cocktail or mocktail).
Ingredients
Strawberry Slush (red)
2 oz (60 ml) vodka (optional — see mocktail below)
1 cup (150 g) frozen strawberries
2 oz (60 ml) strawberry juice or lemonade
1–2 tbsp simple syrup (or honey, to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup ice (use less if berries are super frozen)
Pinch of salt
Creamy Layer (optional white band)
2 oz (60 ml) milk or half-and-half
1 oz (30 ml) sweetened condensed milk (or ½ oz simple syrup)
Chocolate Drip + Toppings
2–3 tbsp chocolate sauce (or melted chocolate)
Whipped cream
Chocolate-covered strawberry (or fresh strawberry)
Optional: cookie crumbs
Instructions (Drip + Layered Look)
Chocolate drip: Spoon chocolate sauce around the inside of your cup so it drips down (chill the cup 2 minutes to help it set).
Creamy base (optional): Pour the creamy layer ingredients into the bottom of the cup (or just add milk and swirl).
Blend: Add strawberry slush ingredients to a blender and blend 20–30 sec until thick.
Pour slowly into the cup (keeps the drip pretty).
Top with whipped cream, drizzle more chocolate, add a strawberry.
Mocktail Version (No Alcohol)
Skip vodka. Everything else stays the same.
Pro Tips (best flavor + texture)
Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder to the chocolate sauce for deeper chocolate.
For “dessert” vibes: add 1 tbsp chocolate syrup into the blender too.
For extra thick: use coffee ice cubes or freeze a little strawberry juice into cubes. Cocktail recipes & drink inspiratio
