Soft & Fluffy Cottage Cheese Garlic Rolls – Low-Carb, High-Protein Favorite


Ingredients (makes around 8 rolls):
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup almond flour
2 large eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, blend cottage cheese, eggs, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth and well combined.

Step 3: Add the Dry Ingredients
Fold in almond flour, baking powder, dried oregano, salt, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Step 4: Shape & Bake
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape into rolls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
