Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, sliced horizontally into cutlets
1 ¼ cups panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 large eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour
Olive oil or vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation Method:
Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create thin cutlets. Pat dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Set up a breading station:
Place flour in the first bowl.
Beat the eggs in the second bowl.
In the third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then press firmly into the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the chicken cutlets for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
