These Crockpot Barbecue Ribs are the ultimate comfort food made easy. Slow-cooked to melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and coated in a rich, smoky barbecue sauce, they deliver big flavor with minimal effort. Perfect for busy days, family dinners, or whenever you’re craving classic BBQ without firing up the grill.

Ingredients:
2–3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chili powder (optional, for heat)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional, for tang)

Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if still attached. Cut the ribs into sections to fit inside the crockpot.

Season
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Rub this seasoning evenly over the ribs.

Add to Crockpot
Place the seasoned ribs into the slow cooker. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, making sure they are well coated. Add apple cider vinegar if using.

Slow Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the ribs are extremely tender and pulling away from the bone.

Optional Finish (Recommended)
For sticky, caramelized ribs, carefully remove them from the crockpot and place on a baking sheet. Brush with extra barbecue sauce and broil in the oven for 3–5 minutes until slightly charred.

Serve
Let rest for a few minutes, then serve hot with extra sauce on the side.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with coleslaw, cornbread, baked beans, or mashed potatoes for a complete BBQ-style meal.
