This Crockpot Mac & Cheese is the ultimate comfort food — rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. With just a handful of simple ingredients and no boiling required, the slow cooker does all the work for you. The result is tender pasta coated in a smooth, cheesy sauce that’s perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or cozy nights at home.

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
3 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
2½ cups milk
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Lightly grease the inside of your crockpot to prevent sticking.

Add the uncooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, butter, and milk to the crockpot.

Season with salt and black pepper, then stir everything together until well combined.

Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking to ensure even melting and creamy texture.

Once the pasta is tender and the cheese sauce is smooth and creamy, it’s ready to serve.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving warm.

Tip: For extra richness, you can stir in a splash of heavy cream at the end, or add cooked bacon, jalapeños, or breadcrumbs for a delicious twist.
