Ingredients
2 racks pork ribs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
For the Sticky Sauce:
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Prepare Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F). Line a baking tray with foil.
Season the Ribs
Pat the ribs dry, then season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Make the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, minced garlic, vinegar (or lemon juice), and olive oil until well combined.
Bake Low & Slow
Place the ribs on the prepared tray and brush generously with the sauce. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours until the ribs are tender.
Glaze & Caramelize
Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F), and brush the ribs with more sauce. Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, flipping once, until sticky and caramelized.
Serve & Enjoy
Let the ribs rest for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
