
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (white or milk bread, crusts removed)
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup sugar
½ cup cold whipping cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Chopped nuts (pistachios or almonds) for topping – optional
Instructions:
Tear the bread slices into small pieces and place them in a blender.
Add the milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the sugar and vanilla extract, then blend again until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, lightly whip the cold whipping cream until slightly thick (do not overwhip).
Gently fold the whipped cream into the bread mixture until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or mold lined with plastic wrap.
Smooth the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
Freeze for 5–6 hours or until completely firm.
Remove from the mold, slice, and serve chilled. Enjoy!
