Protein-Packed Tuna & Egg Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, diced

½ cup canned tuna

2 hard-boiled eggs, halved

1 slice whole grain or sourdough toast

Salt & pepper to taste

Handful of olives

Cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup arugula

Lemon wedges (optional)

Steps:
