TIROLER GRÖSTLA rustic Alpine skillet dish with potatoes, beef, and eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g boiled potatoes, sliced
  • 200 g cooked beef or bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Butter or oil
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions:

1️⃣ Fry potatoes until crispy.
2️⃣ Add onion and meat, sauté well.
3️⃣ Season generously.
4️⃣ Top with fried eggs.
5️⃣ Garnish with parsley.
