Ingredients
1 kg chicken pieces (or beef, depending on preference)
1 block (200 g) cream cheese
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
Add the cream cheese on top (you can cut it into chunks for easier melting).
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45–60 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes if you want a lightly golden top.
Stir gently before serving to create a creamy sauce.
