Easy Keto Cheese Buns


I absolutely love these keto cheese buns because they’re so simple and so quick to make — and honestly, I could eat the whole batch myself! They’re soft, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying. The perfect way to fight off those high-sugar cravings without falling off track.

Keto Cheese Buns Recipe
Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella/cheddar mix)

½ cup full-fat sour cream

1 large egg

½ cup almond flour

1 tsp baking powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix shredded cheese and sour cream until well combined.

Add egg and mix thoroughly.

Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until a soft dough forms.

Divide dough into equal portions and shape into buns.

Place on baking sheet and lightly flatten the tops.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Let cool slightly before serving — they firm up as they cool.

Tips & Variations:

Sprinkle extra cheese on top before baking for a crispy finish.

Add garlic powder or Italian seasoning for a savory twist.

Slice and use as mini sandwich buns or sliders.
