Ingredients
4–6 bone-in or boneless pork chops
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup water or chicken broth
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions (Preparation Method)
Place the raw pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the pork chops.
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the water or chicken broth until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are well coated.
Season lightly with salt and black pepper if desired.
Cover and cook:
Low for 6–7 hours, or
High for 3–4 hours
until the pork chops are fork-tender.
