Cheesy Ground Beef Noodle Casserole


Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 bag (12 oz) egg noodles

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
  5. Add in peas and carrots. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Combine beef mixture with cooked noodles and pour into a greased 9×13″ baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly and serve warm! Enjoy!
