
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 bag (12 oz) egg noodles
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
- Add in peas and carrots. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Combine beef mixture with cooked noodles and pour into a greased 9×13″ baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm! Enjoy!
