Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Method of Preparation
Prepare the Slow Cooker
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer.
Season the Chicken
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix, black pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the chicken.
Add Cream Cheese
Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them on top of the chicken.
Slow Cook
