Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Stack

Ingredients:
1½ lbs ground beef
6–8 slices bacon, cooked & chopped
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Cheeseburger Glaze & Topping:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp brown sugar
Extra cheddar slices (for stacking layers)
Extra crispy bacon (for topping)

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Gently fold in chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

4️⃣ Divide mixture into 2–3 equal portions and shape into flat meatloaf layers.

5️⃣ Place the first layer in a greased baking dish, top with cheddar slices, then add the next meatloaf layer. Repeat if stacking more layers.

6️⃣ Mix ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar; spread evenly over the top.

7️⃣ Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, or until fully cooked through.

8️⃣ Remove from oven, top with extra cheddar and crispy bacon, then return to oven for 5 minutes until melted.

9️⃣ Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving
