
Creamy, savory, and totally addictive—these low-carb roll-ups are always a crowd favorite.
Ingredients
16 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
1 cup cooked turkey, finely chopped (or deli turkey)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped (handful)
Salt & pepper, to taste
6 low-carb tortillas (Mission Carb Balance works great)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, ranch seasoning, turkey, cheddar, bacon, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
Roll tortillas tightly into logs.
Slice into 1–2 inch rounds.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
Serve chilled and watch them disappear
