Ingredients
For the Chicken Burgers
1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
¾ cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup onion, finely diced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions
Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, garlic, and onion. Add salt, black pepper, and optional seasonings. Mix gently until just combined—do not overmix to keep the burgers tender.

Shape the Patties
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties, about ¾-inch thick.

Cook the Burgers
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Rest & Serve
Let the burgers rest for 2 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
