Ingredients:
200 g dark chocolate (60–70% cocoa), chopped
1 cup heavy cream

2–3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Preparation Method:

Prepare the Chocolate Base:
Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer (do not boil).

Melt the Chocolate:
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Stir gently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Add the butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mixing well.

Prepare the Passion Fruit Layer:
In another small saucepan, combine the passion fruit pulp and sugar. Cook over low heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Assemble the Dessert:
Spoon the chocolate mixture into serving glasses or cups. Gently add a layer of the passion fruit sauce on top, creating a beautiful contrast.

Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with chocolate shavings or fresh passion fruit seeds.
