Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
3–4 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 small onion, sliced (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a grill over medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, potatoes, carrots, and onion (if using).

Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil if desired and mix well.

Cut large sheets of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly among them.

Fold the foil tightly to form sealed packets.

Cook in the oven for 35–40 minutes (or on the grill for 25–30 minutes), until the potatoes are tender and the beef is fully cooked.

Carefully open the packets, sprinkle cheese on top, and reseal. Cook for 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.

Open, garnish if desired, and serve hot.

Tip: Add paprika or Italian seasoning for extra flavor, or serve with a fresh salad on the side.
