How To Prepare Poached Egg & Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

This toast ain’t just toastβ€”it’s a whole mood. Creamy smashed avocado meets silky smoked salmon, all crowned with a jammy poached egg and a flurry of black pepper and flaky salt. Whether it’s brunch o’clock or breakfast-for-dinner, this dish is guaranteed to hit!

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

2 slices of toast (sourdough or your fave bread)

1 ripe avocado, mashed

2 slices smoked salmon

2 fresh eggs

1 tbsp vinegar (for poaching)

Salt & cracked black pepper

Optional: grated Parmesan or feta for finishing

Poach the eggs: Bring water with vinegar to a gentle simmer. Crack each egg into a ramekin, swirl water, and gently drop egg in. Poach for 3–4 mins. Remove with slotted spoon.
