Perfect for busy weeknights or when you want something cozy and crowd-pleasing!

Ingredients
1 package (8 count) garlic toast
1.5 pounds ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, diced
Steak seasoning, to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 cups beef broth (or water)
1 packet brown gravy mix
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat your oven and bake the garlic toast according to the package directions.

While the garlic toast is baking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain off any excess grease.

Season the meat with steak seasoning. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and brown gravy mix until well combined.

Add the sliced mushrooms, mix well, then cover and cook on medium heat until the mushrooms are tender and the sauce has thickened. This should only take a few minutes.

Once the garlic toast is done, remove it from the oven. Use the back of a spoon to gently press down the center of each slice, creating a small “bowl.”

Spoon the Salisbury steak sloppy joe mixture onto each piece of garlic toast. Sprinkle generously with freshly shredded Parmesan cheese.

Return to the oven and bake for about 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
