Moist All-Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
200 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
3 eggs
80 g sugar
50 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder (chemical yeast)
Chocolate chips (for decoration)

Preparation Method
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper if desired.

Melt the chocolate and butter together using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth, then let it cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl until the mixture becomes light and slightly fluffy.

Add the melted chocolate mixture to the eggs and sugar, mixing gently until well combined.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, then fold carefully until you get a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is just set (a toothpick should come out slightly moist for a fudgy texture).

Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes, then remove and allow it to cool completely before serving.
