Ingredients
Carb Right tortilla
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Shredded turkey
Brie cheese, cut into small chunks
Instructions
Layer shredded mozzarella, turkey, and brie on one half of the tortilla.
Fold over to form a quesadilla.
Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and melty.
