Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional:
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
Method of Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the cauliflower by placing the florets in a large mixing bowl.
Season with olive oil, chopped garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until all florets are evenly coated.
Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
