Ingredients

Beef Filling

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

½ onion, chopped

½ green bell pepper, chopped

1 Roma tomato, diced
(or ¼ cup sugar-free salsa)

1 tsp chili powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Wraps

4 low-carb tortillas
(Mission Carb Balance or homemade almond flour tortillas)
OR keto flatbread

Optional Toppings

Sour cream

Avocado or guacamole

Jalapeños

Shredded lettuce
