BEST-EVER SLOW COOKER BBQ BEEF SANDWICHES

Description
These slow cooker BBQ beef sandwiches are incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with rich, smoky flavor. The beef is cooked low and slow until it falls apart, then tossed in a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce. Perfect for family dinners, parties, or meal prep, these sandwiches are comforting, easy to make, and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients
2–3 lb beef chuck roast or brisket
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Sandwich buns or burger rolls

Optional toppings:
coleslaw, pickles, sliced onions
Preparation Method
Prepare the Beef
Season the beef roast generously with salt and black pepper on all sides.
Assemble in the Slow Cooker
Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Put the seasoned beef on top.

Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and chili powder.

Cook Low and Slow
Pour the sauce over the beef.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours, until the meat is very tender and easily shreds.

Shred the Beef
Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
Return the shredded beef to the sauce and mix well.

Serve
Spoon the BBQ beef onto sandwich buns.
Add coleslaw or pickles if desired, then serve warm.
