
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/4 cup raisins or dark chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add oats, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until combined.
Stir in raisins or chocolate chips, if desired.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet, pressing them slightly flat.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and firm around the edges.
Let cool before enjoying!
