Ingredients:
250 g milk chocolate
100 ml cream
50 g butter
250 g Super Wine biscuits (roughly broken)
50 g mini marshmallows
40 g raspberry liquorice, chopped
2 tablespoons colorful sprinkles

Instructions:
Melt the Chocolate Base
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the milk chocolate, cream, and butter. Stir gently until everything is fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Prepare the Mix-ins
Place the broken biscuits, mini marshmallows, chopped raspberry liquorice, and sprinkles in a large bowl.

Combine
Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the biscuit mixture. Gently stir until all the ingredients are well coated with chocolate.

Shape the Salami
Spoon the mixture onto a large piece of baking paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a log, rolling tightly to resemble a salami.

Chill
Wrap the log well and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until firm.

Slice & Serve
Once set, unwrap, slice into rounds, and enjoy this colorful, kid-friendly chocolate treat!

Tip: You can replace raspberry liquorice with gummy candies or dried fruit if you like.

Perfect for Christmas dessert tables, lunchbox treats, or edible holiday gifts!
