Ingredients
1 box of brownie mix (or homemade brownies, baked and completely cooled)
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra chocolatey flavor)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
2–3 tablespoons milk (as needed)
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, well drained
1 cup melted chocolate (dark or semi-sweet, for coating)

Instructions
Prepare the Brownies
Bake brownies according to package or recipe instructions. Let them cool completely, then crumble into a large bowl. Mix in chocolate chips if using.

Make the Cookie Dough Filling
In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

Gradually add heat-treated flour, then add milk a little at a time until a soft dough forms. Fold in the chopped cherries.

Assemble the Brownie Bombs
Scoop small portions of cookie dough and roll into balls.

Take a small handful of brownie crumbs, flatten it, and wrap it around a cookie dough ball. Roll gently to seal completely.

Chill
Place the brownie bombs on a lined tray and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Coat with Chocolate
Dip each chilled brownie bomb into melted chocolate. Let excess drip off, then place back on parchment paper.

Set & Serve
Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Serve chilled or slightly softened.

Tip: Drizzle with white chocolate or top with extra cherry pieces for a stunning finish!
