Crock Pot Mississippi Pork Chops

Made with just a few pantry staples, this slow-cooker recipe delivers rich ranch seasoning, buttery goodness, and a mild kick from pepperoncini peppers. Ingredients:
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
6–8 pepperoncini peppers
1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions:
Lightly grease the crock pot with cooking spray.

Place the pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.

Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the pork chops.

Add the pepperoncini peppers and pour in the pepperoncini juice.

Place the butter on top of the pork chops.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and easily pull apart.

Spoon the sauce over the pork chops before serving.
